DJI has filed a petition aiming to overturn the US Federal Communications Commission's decision last December to add the Chinese drone maker’s products to the Covered List. "FCC exceeded its statutory authority, failed to observe statutorily required procedures, and violated the Fifth Amendment," DJI noted.
