(Yicai Global) Feb. 23 -- Bus Online Co., the internet media firm that cannot locate its general manager, has lost its partnership with live streaming site Huajiao and shut down its online video business.

Beijing Mijing Hefeng Technology Co., which runs Huajiao, voided its agreement with Bus Online Technology Co. for failing to comply with terms and delaying licensing payments, the parent company said in a statement.

Bus Online announced on Feb. 6 that due to financial constraints and its inability to contact General Manager Wang Xianshu, business development was struggling and some of its partners had cut ties with the company.

Wang went missing in action in December after he offered large-sum private loans under the company name and courts froze the firm's accounts. Bus Online forecast a 2017 net loss of between CNY1.5 billion (USD236 million) and CNY1.8 billion at the end of last month.
