China’s Hozon Auto plans to raise between CNY4 billion and CNY4.5 billion (USD552 million and USD621 million) in a series E financing, the owner of EV brand Neta said on Jan. 24 at a shareholders meeting. Its factory in China's Tongxiang has gradually resumed operations, and some offline stores have also started delivering new cars this month.
