Chinese Premier Li Qiang will attend the opening ceremony and related events of the 140th China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, and deliver a keynote speech, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce announced today, Xinhua reported. The 140th edition of the Canton Fair will be held from Oct. 15 to Nov. 4 in Guangzhou, southern China's Guangdong province.
