Total profits of China's state-owned and state-controlled enterprises climbed 1.9% in the first four months from a year earlier to CNY1.3 trillion (USD202 billion), while revenue dipped 0.5% to CNY26.2 trillion (USD3.87 trillion), according to Ministry of Finance data.
