China's power use rose 6.2% to 835.6 billion kWh last month from a year earlier, with residents' electricity consumption jumping 9.8% to 105.7 billion kWh, according to the National Energy Administration. The country's power use climbed 5.2% to 9.46 trillion kWh in the first 11 months of the year.
