Six Chinese Provinces Lower Emergency Response Level for COVID-19(Yicai Global) Feb. 24 -- Six Chinese provinces have lowered their emergency response level to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Guangdong, and Shanxi have lowered their first-level response to second level and Liaoning, Yunnan and Huizhou lowered to the third level from first.
Thirty-one provinces set a first-level emergency response to the novel coronavirus at the end of last month to help contain the spread of the disease.
