From January to mid-August, Chinese customs intercepted 1.83 million counterfeit Pop Mart products bound for 61 countries and regions, the toymaker told Yicai. Pop Mart has registered IP rights with customs in 27 countries and regions for overseas interception. So far, 7.91 million fake items have been seized overseas, including over 260,000 in the Netherlands.
