Combined profit at China's state-owned and state-controlled enterprises fell 3.3% to CNY2.47 trillion (USD346 billion) in the January to July period from a year earlier, while operating revenue was flat at CNY47.3 trillion (USD6.63 trillion), according to finance ministry data.
