Chinese budget carrier Spring Airlines' net profit fell 14% to CNY1.2 billion (USD168 million) in the first half from a year earlier. Despite that, it was the most profitable airline in the country. Spring Airlines' revenue rose 4.4% to CNY10.3 billion (USD1.4 billion).
