Meituan's net profit surged 158% to CNY35.8 billion (USD4.9 billion) and revenue rose 22% to CNY337.6 billion (USD46.6 billion) last year from the year before. Meituan's annual transacting users and active merchants reached new records of 770 million and 14.5 million, respectively.
