Tianqi Lithium [SHE: 002466] jumped 8% as of lunch break today despite the Chinese lithium miner said it turned a net profit of CNY1.6 billion (USD231 million) into a net loss of between CNY320 million and CNY640 million (USD45 million and 90 million) in the third quarter from a year earlier.
