SAIC Motor announced it has teamed up with Momenta to set up a CNY300 million (USD45 million) JV to enhance its autonomous driving capabilities. The self-driving tech startup holds a 51% stake in the JV, while SAIC Motor owns a 25% stake and its unit Yandian Technology the rest.
