Three months after stepping down as the CEO of DingTalk, Chen Hang, who is also founder of Alibaba's workplace messaging app, has taken on a new role as a non-executive director at Baiwang, a publicly listed tax and fintech firm backed by Alibaba, Baiwang said in an exchange filing yesterday. The appointment has an annual salary of CNY100,000 (USD14,930).
