Chinese drugmaker InnoCare Pharma announced today that the National Medical Products Administration has approved it to begin clinical trials of ICP-B381, a novel bispecific antibody-drug conjugate designed to target PSMA and STEAP1 proteins in solid tumors, including prostate cancer.
