Xpeng will release an upgraded version of its second-generation VLA model, which powers its Robotaxi fleet, next month, the Chinese EV startup said today. The firm has also secured approval for remote testing of intelligent connected vehicles in Guangzhou, allowing fully driverless road tests on designated Level 1, 2 and 3 test roads.
