New home prices in China's first-tier cities stayed relatively flat in July, NBS data showed today. Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen saw new home prices climb by 0.2%, 0.1%, and 0.2%, respectively, from June, while Beijing reported a dip of 0.3%.
