Alibaba Group has agreed to sell its gaming arm Lingxi Games to private equity firm Trustar Capital, according to an internal letter from Lingxi Games’ CEO Zhou Bingshu today. The deal value was not disclosed, but Bloomberg reported that Trustar Capital valued the business at USD1.5 billion.
