A number of Chinese carriers will cut fuel surcharges on domestic flights for tickets sold from Aug. 5, 36Kr reported today, citing Chinese online travel platform Qunar. The surcharge will drop to CNY40 (USD5.92) per segment from CNY50 on routes of 800 km or less, and to CNY70 from CNY100 on routes over 800 km.
