Molly Tea has been ordered to pay CNY10.3 million (USD1.5 million) in damages to #LouisVuitton after a court in Suzhou, China, ruled recently that the Chinese tea chain infringed the French luxury brand's trademark by using its signature four-leaf clover design, Jinan Times reported today. Molly Tea founder Zhang Bocheng said the company will appeal the decision.
