Stellantis and Dongfeng Motor are exploring the creation of a Europe-based joint venture focused on the sales, distribution, manufacturing, procurement and engineering of Dongfeng’s new energy vehicles, with an initial focus on selected European markets, the two automakers said today, citing a non-binding memorandum of understanding signed by the two parties.
