Galeries Lafayette Beijing, the French retailer's first store in the Chinese mainland, which opened in 2013 in Xidan shopping area, will halt operation on May 27, according to an announcement on Weibo. Galeries Lafayette has two other outlets in Shanghai and Shenzhen.
