Seedance 2.0 has suspended its real-person material reference capability, a worker at Bytedance's AI video model said in a group chat, of which a screenshot is circulating online today. The move came after Tim Pan, founder of Chinese tech self-media Mediastorm, said yesterday that the model can generate highly matching voice audio of him based solely on a facial image, without obtaining his authorization.
