Some 73 people, including Chen Xuyuan, former president of the Chinese Football Association, and ex-national team coach Li Tie, have been handed lifetime bans from all soccer-related activities, officials said today. Tianjin Jinmen Tiger, Shanghai Shenhua, and 11 other clubs will also face point deductions and fines for the new season.
