(Yicai Global) June 14 -- Alibaba-affiliated fintech firm Ant Financial will partner Chinese medical software maker B-Soft to create fiscal tech solutions for hospitals.

The pair penned a cooperation agreement to provide technologies such as Alipay, Zhima Credit, Ant Financial cloud, big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and biometrics to improve the efficiency and service of medical institutions, the Hangzhou-based healthtech firm said in a statement. 

Ant Financial runs third-party payment platform Alipay, and closed a Series C funding of USD14 billion earlier this month, which made it the most valuable fintech firm globally.

B-Soft, founded in 1997, is a listed company that has previously partnered with Chinese internet firms such as NetEase and UEC Group.
